Yep we had no choice. We were given only a few weeks to buy the stocks and signed release and we don't have time to read what we actually released for what? Some brave people had refused to sign release but we have not heard from them since.

Anyway, I believe that the EC job is to fight for us and the hedgies were fighting for themselves but we are all in the same boat and eating the same leftover. And so prior to POR 7, the EC and HF and Rosie and company had 4 years to study what is in the Estate and what was given to JPM for 1.9B. POR 7 just happened in 2012 but it was known by the EC and hedgies the extent of the Estate. It was an unknown for us but not for them.

Like I said, I find it hard to believe that the EC and hedgies gave up everything to JPM for nothing.
