How interesting. This topic got me educated as to how the cow eats the cabbage in the world. I first researched the Bank of England and the relationship the bank through their Chancellor of the Exchequer has with the British Parliament. That was back in 1969 long before computers. I poured through volumes of "minutes" of meetings over many years. The Bank of England answers to nobody nowhere and at no time. And so with our Federal Reserve and most all "Central" Banks worldwide. That is the scam extraordinaire. This band of merry Banksters pulls all the strings.
