Anyone complaining about the OTC certainly can sell their shares.

You CHOSE to buy a stock on the OTC. Either be willing to accept the consequences or sell.

As to the effect of news on the Nasdaq being greater, you may or may not be right. It really depends on what the proper valuation should be and nobody knows that at this point.

That is why I am all in favor of doing what works and limiting the risk by limiting the RS as much as possible. That is done by raising the price as far as possible before putting it into place.
