As you probably know, share repurchase programs are reported quarterly abd include number of shares purchased per month and avg price paid.

their brokerage sounds like they are operating from an abundance of caution (I used the term cover your ass). I believe if I understood correctly that the brokerage was targeting a form 4 accounting of purchases every two weeks, so I think people would be wrong to expect imminent filings.
