FWIW --- Circa 1999 - 2001, Fiserv once called CheckFree (CKFR,) invested 10 M in BLLS now called PYDS. June 2003 BLLS was trading at 3 cents a share. BLLS stock swapped one-for-one to PYDS in 2003. CEO M.R. Long placed the billing part of the EBPP&H equation on the back-burner and "payment solutions" up-front, believing it would generate revenue faster, than the billing presentment process.

FISV purchased First Data and could double its foot-print.

Acquisitions, partnerships & M&As! Someone needs to alert on E2E Billserv/Payserv/Security & PYDS, with or w/o Patent #7,021,530, in a Token enabled, iRemotePay-Pass load & reloadable card game.
