“Forgave owed compensation”??!!! Really??!! You gotta be kidding me!! Both of these failed GTHP management personnel were overly compensated right from get-go! An OTC company whose market cap is less than 300K comoensate these 2 300K each per year???!!! They didn’t “forgave” a single penny. Instead they converted their compensation into equity based compensation thus heavily diluting stockholders’ equity. Stock tanked from 0.03$ to 0.0001$ That’s the lowest any OTC stock can go. Right from Spectra RX days these 2 failed management have issued a total of 740 Trillion!!! Yes Trillion of stock. These failed management is habituated of diluting stockholders’s equity and in turn enriching themselves. It’s time for GTHP stockholders to fire them!
