I have done private placement and I have held warrants. It is hard to handicap how the $3.20 holders will play it. If I were in that investment group, I would have asked for right of first refusal for the next offer. I don’t know if this group has that or not. If you have those rights, you can buy more shares and hold your warrants. Could there be a handshake wink deal that the warrants get exercised? That is possible but those type of things tend to be friends and family. The problem with predicting the 3.20’s is the time to expiration. I never looked into why the last raise took so long.
I have posted before that as of Christmas, Randall said that TMDI had no financing imminent and that they were close enough to consider debt. GLTY
