So the fact that there’s no change in the registry or an actual assignment of the STA or a signed monitors certificate is irrelevant?? Perhaps pwc is the debt ridden shell since they can’t seem to get their filings taken care of in these legal proceedings. Or perhaps they aren’t available because the visolis transaction is part of the offer; you know just like it says it is.
