I went and reviewed this post on PAOG.....recognized that a bunch of posts had been deleted and the story line had changed....I have had this happen to me so many times on Ihub that I cannot even count that high.....what ends up happening is you might be talking about apples and if a reader come along later it seems like the conversation is about turtles....I have had a tremendous amount of posts deleted the past two days....I wont share them all and bore you but I will share two themes that you can see were changed....one involved the possibility that Donald Trump might be interested in PAOG and the other started out about Naked Shorting and then moved to the theory that there is one controlling Market Maker on a stock called the Ax and my assumption that onemoreuptick is the Ax on PAOG.....I teased him a bit....You might note that onemoreuptick is a board moderator on PAOG and capable of deleting posts....you also might note that Administration or Board moderators can delete posts...in these cases it came from a board moderator....onemoreuptick is the only "basher" on PAOG as a moderator so one might assume that onemoreuptick deleted these posts....you cannot tell without being one of the board moderators which board moderator deleted your post....

I am going to try and recreate the story line that changed...

II. “Naked” Short Sales

In a “naked” short sale, the seller does not borrow or arrange to borrow the securities in time to make delivery to the buyer within the standard three-day settlement period.[3] As a result, the seller fails to deliver securities to the buyer when delivery is due (known as a “failure to deliver” or “fail”).

Failures to deliver may result from either a short or a long sale. There may be legitimate reasons for a failure to deliver. For example, human or mechanical errors or processing delays can result from transferring securities in physical certificate rather than book-entry form, thus causing a failure to deliver on a long sale within the normal three-day settlement period. A fail may also result from “naked” short selling. For example, market makers who sell short thinly traded, illiquid stock in response to customer demand may encounter difficulty in obtaining securities when the time for delivery arrives.

“Naked” short selling is not necessarily a violation of the federal securities laws or the Commission’s rules. Indeed, in certain circumstances, “naked” short selling contributes to market liquidity. For example, broker-dealers that make a market in a security[4] generally stand ready to buy and sell the security on a regular and continuous basis at a publicly quoted price, even when there are no other buyers or sellers. Thus, market makers must sell a security to a buyer even when there are temporary shortages of that security available in the market. This may occur, for example, if there is a sudden surge in buying interest in that security, or if few investors are selling the security at that time. Because it may take a market maker considerable time to purchase or arrange to borrow the security, a market maker engaged in bona fide market making, particularly in a fast-moving market, may need to sell the security short without having arranged to borrow shares. This is especially true for market makers in thinly traded, illiquid stocks as there may be few shares available to purchase or borrow at a given time.

Maronti and Porky you should read this thread and anyone else that assumes "people" are selling....it is the Market Makers screwing with peoples heads to create a panic sell or sell down....

You might think the Ax is saying look at me...tough guy....hah hah but I might point out from the chart it looks like he really cannot go much farther because it rarely stays out of the bollinger bands.... it is on the bottom bollinger band now....really a good time to add if you are thinking about that....

Ghost writer or not....it has interesting stories about his start.....it sure felt to me like he wrote it. I guess someone could have done it as if he did it....I doubt it would have been released without being accurate....one of my favorite stories out of it was where New York City was fighting over an Ice Rink for years and years about how to be redone.....finally he said fuck it....I'll do it, Im sick and tired of this and if I remember correctly he paid for it and got it done in within a year if not a month...good book....
