My thoughts with 72 million shares out. I think 150 million at about 2.10 per share.I couldnt guess what the oil and gas side would be worth. It would lower the purchase price maybe by 20 million or so. I think gold corp missed a great op in madsen,one they may kick themselves in the butt for years. As far as mgmt not being very agressive well that may be in our favor. Who knows just some thoughts.
