PART TWO - $ACRL/ CEO RAMBLINGS - DECEMBER 21, 2018/ Annual Meeting of Atacama Resources International Inc.

Christmas-Wallpaper-Download.jpg
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEARS
I first wish to thank all of you who took time to participate in
this year's Annual Meeting of Atacama Resources International Inc.

https://acrlintl.com/blog/2018/12/21/ceo-ramblings-december-21-2018

From all the feedback received to date I feel that I can call it a success.

The Board wanted to reach out and include as many shareholders
as possible and therefore decided to hold it via webinar.

Special thanks goes out to the Company's Director of Corporate Communications, Mr. Allan Flasch for his technical abilities making
it possible for investors to participate from
Nome Alaska to the Florida Keys.

All the Board members made presentations as to Atacama's activities
over the past year and commented on the Company's future plans.

A number of participants took the opportunity to participate during
the Q and A session while others emailed in their questions to be answered but most either called members of the Board after the
meeting or sent in their emails to them directly.

I am happy to say that every inquiry was responded to in full
within ninety minutes from the close of the webinar.
Dan from Wisconsin was interested in the two Apps the Company is offering and Don from Oregon asked how the Apps would help law enforcement re the Cannabis issue.

Esperanza from Texas asked about the Company's plans regarding a
future reverse split. As CEO let me say categorically that the
Board has no plans at all to do a reverse stock spit.
none whatsoever.

Jose from New Mexico offered to help the Company if we aver wish
to expand into Mexico.

We will see what the future expansion plans may be.
Two New York based brokers called me after the meeting seeking clarifications regarding our exploration programs especially as
they applied to cobalt and graphite.

They both felt that these were
two up and coming minerals of the immediate future.

Considering the number of investors participating,
this was by far the largest and most exciting Annual meeting that
we have ever had.

Again, I thank you for your on going interest in the future of
Atacama Resources International. Be sure to check out

With turmoil rampant, gold targets $1,300 as gloomy 2019 beckons | http://www.MINING.com
Gold is closing out 2018 with a flourish.

As one looks around the world, 2018 is closing on a rather low
note although not news is all bad news. Let me explain.

The US Government is shut down. Political confusion is the order of the day.

Panic and fear reigns at the southern border with Mexico.

Mexico has a new left-wing President and a new left-wing Congress.

Venezuela is in turmoil and people are fleeing. Central America is violent and essentially non-functioning.

Much of the Middle east is devastated by war and ongoing fighting and violence abounds.

China's economy is slowing down and its trade wars with the USA
has everyone guessing. Russia is a bully on the world stage causing disruption.

Europe is floundering, and is about to happen with totally unknown results but likely not good. Japan is going nowhere.

Much of Africa is struggling and some states are essentially non-viable.

Corruption is the reality.
In the past, when there was so much uncertainty around the globe,
people usually sought stability for themselves in the form of gold.

Gold is real. Gold is safe.

I believe that this all means that the demand for gold is about to increase in the months ahead and yet the number of new gold mines
coming on stream in the next few years remains relatively meek.

The good news in all of this is that Atacama has three very promising GOLD properties in what is known as the Canadian Gold Camp in
the mining friendly Province of Ontario.

As per the attached article, all this year end gloom and doom could
be good news for current and future good investors and be good for Atacama.
Glenn Grant, CEO,
http://www.acrlintl.com

Gold is powering into the year’s end as global equities sink in the fourth quarter

on Friday and Thursday:

China: The economy slowed for a seventh month in December as the trade war, subdued domestic demand and decelerating factory inflation undercut growth, according to a Bloomberg Economics gauge.

Japan: Factory output dropped in November, the sixth contraction in eight months.

US: Consumer confidence slumped in December to the lowest since July as a gauge of labor market expectations fell by the most in 41 years.

Europe: The European Central Bank expects the global economy to
slow next year as rising protectionism curbs trade growth.

In Washington, the partial U.S. government shutdown is likely to continue into 2019 after House Republicans said on Thursday they
didn’t plan any votes this week and as the president sought to
blame Democrats for a stalemate over funding for a wall that a
majority of Americans don’t support, according to polls.

Could the Electric Car Company TESLA be Atacama's very best friend? YES
COBALT is clearly the mining story of the day.

It has been designated as a STRATEGIC MINERAL by both the USA Government as well as the European Union.

Canada's major cobalt deposit is found in what is commonly called
+++++ THE COBALT CAMP +++++
which is located north of the Canadian city of Toronto in the mining friendly province of Ontario.
The Camp is surrounded by mining communities providing all of the necessary mining infrastructure needed to open producing cobalt mines.

The demand for cobalt is being driven by the emerging electric vehicle sector which is picking up pace worldwide.

In North America, while all the auto companies are developing electric models for this new market,
the leader at the moment is clearly TESLA.

All of them, including TESLA, require electrical storage batteries
which in turn requires cobalt as a key component.

Right in the very center of the Cobalt Camp are the cobalt claims
held by Atacama.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

I have included an article describing the Cobalt Camp for your consideration. CEO, Glen Grant.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2017-10-31/the-canadian-ghost-town-that-tesla-is-bringing-back-to-life

Cobalt, both the town and the metal,
are attracting renewed attention as a buffer to rising political
risks in the Democratic Republic of Congo,
which accounted for more than half the world’s 123,000-ton production
in 2016,
according to Natural Resources Canada. China and Canada were a
distant second and third,
each contributing roughly 6 percent of supply,
followed by Russia and Australia.
But as concerns grow about country risk in the DRC,
even as demand swells, those smaller players stand to benefit.

“Anybody who has cobalt outside the DRC is in a better situation
because carmakers are very worried about their supply chains,”
said Roger Bell, director of mining research at Hannam & Parters
in London.

Bell believes the amount of cobalt being used in electric cars
could easily double in the next eight to 15 years.
“Even in the most conservative assumptions, you’re looking at maybe
a 20 percent gap between supply and demand for cobalt by 2025.”

Stock investors betting on cobalt are already benefiting.
First Cobalt Corp., a Canadian miner exploring in the Cobalt area,
has soared 90 percent this year.
Cobalt 27 Capital Corp., another miner based in British Columbia,
has jumped almost 600 percent.
Neither company has any revenue.

As Congo Election Nears, Rioters Storm an Ebola Center and Unrest Grows

Delays of long-anticipated elections to replace President Joseph Kabila are adding to insecurity in a region plagued by an Ebola outbreak and militia violence.

I am especially proud to say that the development of our
Atacama cobalt property, located dead center in what is known
as Canada's COBALT CAMP,
is one of our Company's priorities as we begin 2019.

COBALT
[-chart]static1.squarespace.com/static/58b5961486e6c0717e9be46f/591bc70b37c581f0802c6a2e/5bfd7caf352f531a61759816/1543454931414/Cobalt.jpeg?format=1000w[/chart]

https://www.ecnmag.com/article/2018/10/future-cobalt

I believe that the timing of this cobalt property development
could not be better, for four main reasons.

One, the global demand for cobalt is expanding by the day as a
result of the fact that cobalt is an important component for the
storage batteries of electric vehicles.

Second, cobalt has been designated as a "strategic mineral" by both the USA and the EU.

Third, the Atacama cobalt property and the entire Cobalt Camp region
is located in "mining country" with all the necessary mining infrastructure in place.

The fourth reason is the big one. 60% of the world's cobalt currently
is sourced in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Most of its 82 million inhabitants live in abject poverty.

it is one of the most impoverished nations on earth.

As a result of years of corrupt and violent governments the country
is a social, political, cultural and economic "basket case".

Lawlessness and recklessness are the order of the day along with
corrupt courts and
100 heavily armed militias rampaging the countryside.

Less than 2% of roads are paved.

Less than 10% of the population have access to electricity.
1% have any access to financial services. I could go on and on
but I am sure that you get the picture.

It is time for the world to move to new sources of cobalt.

Corrupt politicians and their cronies make millions from the mines operating there while the people are treated like trash and receive
next to nothing. Cobalt demand worldwide in increasing
and the Canadian COBALT CAMP can help the world to meet this demand.

Atacama's claims are located right in the middle of the Camp.
Right time and right place? You bet.

As CEO of Atacama Resources International I am pleased to be able
to announce that Atacama is about to be part of a technological revolution that is about to change the way much of the world will operate in the future.

It is referred to as a "Wonder Material" or "The material of the Future".

What I am referring to is GRAPHENE which is derived from graphite
which is one of Atacama's mining properties near
Kirkland lake, Ontario.

GRAPHITE
[-chart]static1.squarespace.com/static/58b5961486e6c0717e9be46f/t/5c082c35cd83666ef1a842ca/1544040886989/Graphite.jpg?format=300w[/chart]

GRAPHITE

To my knowledge there are NO graphite mines in the USA and only two currently operating in Canada
- one small mine operates only seasonally and one is predicted to be soon running out of graphite ore.

That's it, so you see why I am pleased to be able to announce that Atacama has a serious graphite prospect.

Graphene is one of the most promising semi-metals on the face of
the earth, yet few people have even heard of it. Simply put,
graphene is 300 times stronger than
steel,
thinner than a sheet of paper and is destined to become the
"super material" of the technological future.

It is made up of a single layer of graphite that is only one atom thick.

Yes, one atom.

Not only is it strong but it is also flexible, transparent, highly conductive and impermeable to most liquids and gasses.

It is as light as foil yet can stop a bullet. Think about its application to air and space travel,
to the military industrial complex,
for heavy equipment and vehicles of the future.

its applications are boundless but it all requires graphite.

Do you see why I say that Atacama is planning to be part of this " tech revolution".

This, and the attached article, will hopefully go a log way to
respond to all those investors who asked my why Atacama decided to pursue a graphite property as a part of its mining holdings.

BLACKWATER FOUNDER LAUNCHES FUND TO INVEST IN ELECTRIC CAR BATTERY METALS | MINING.COM

The founder of the US private security company aims to raise as much as $500 million to invest in deposits of metals such as cobalt, lithium and copper.

I am sure that most of you are aware of the USA firm Blackwater.

I will not say any more but to simply say that its founder left
the firm a while back but has again entered the business world in
a very progressive and aggressive way.

He, like those of us at Atacama, see the future as being a future including electric vehicles on a worldwide scale.

As the former Blackwater founder sees it,
a mineral of the future will be cobalt, most of which is being
mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo

- one of the poorest and most corrupt countries on earth.

There, cobalt mining occurs to keep
unscrupulous,
corrupt,
dishonest and
lawless politicians and
their business cronies in place to continue exploiting the people
for only their own gain.

Is this where the world wishes to source its cobalt?

I think not, especially when there are sources in Canada.

Atacama has a very promising cobalt property and we plan to be part
of the action moving foreword.

Blackwater founder Erik Prince aims to raise as much as
$500 million to invest in metals needed for making the batteries
that power electric vehicles (EVs), the Financial Times reports.

Prince, who besides starting the controversial private security
company is known for have been an informal campaign adviser to US President Donald Trump,
said the fund will bring unexplored deposits into production
and then sell them to large miners after four to five years.

The fund will focus mainly on cobalt, copper and lithium assets
located mainly in Africa and Asia, Prince told
http://www.FT.com.

“For all the talk of our virtual world,
the innovation,
you can’t build these vehicles without minerals that come from
generally weird, hard-to-access places,” he said.

Metals such as
cobalt,
lithium,
nickel and
copper have seen demand soar in recent years as the shift away
from cars powered by fossil fuels gains momentum and mining companies are investing billions of dollars into developing deposits of
those key commodities.

Experts expect the need for the commodity from battery makers alone
to jump 650% by 2027,
while overall demand is forecast to rise more than threefold in the
next nine years.

Prices,
however, are projected to drop in the early 2020s as a result of

$ACRL/ CEO RAMBLINGS - SCENARIO/

Smart Investors for those who are inclined to be able to do so. If arranged, a $1 a share for me is good enough for a .000's investment, call me greedy.

The investment required to fully confirm the
Atacama 1, 2 and 3 proven reserves has been fully budgeted on a
project management basis and equals $5 million dollars.

Required costs are substantiated for audit and review.

Our investment initiative must focus on a $5 million capital raise
over the next year with a first tranche of at least $1 million dollars immediately.

The upside for the confirmation of gold ‘proven reserves’ for the Atacama 1, 2 and 3 holdings is almost too large to be believable.

An analysis of the ACRL position, similar to the KLG analysis for
its new shaft, would yield a proven reserve in the $5 billion dollar range.

With a proven reserve pegged at a more realistic $1 billion dollars,
the contribution to the market value of the company would be approximately $1 dollar per share.

Starting with an assumption that the ACRL common shares could end
up valued up to $1.00 per share because of the proven reserve confirmation, the investor upside is as follows.

The investment offered with this capital raise is to sell the
B shares at the equivalent of one cent per common share with
a six-month hold. The investor, under even a worst-case scenario,
should see a significant return in his ACRL investment
