You are right. It has clearly taken a lot longer than we figured in 2000 but it is coming. The big app is video phone and video-voice mail.

Clealry it is only now in its infance but within 5 years my guess is that 90% of calls will be video calls.

Hutch just did a deal with DoCoMo and those are the international beginnings. Took more time but it is coming and is going to be massive.
