I think you are looking at it like company makes bottles but no product to put in, so they merge with company b who makes a drink but no way to package it so they merge to produce a bottled beverage. It doesn’t help that both companies are in a similar industry. Think of PAOG as a building. The stuff inside was sold so that way this new company can come in and set up shop in that building
