Presently, the Buyer of Sears Holdings per the
Asset Purchase Agreement - Transform Holdco -
is a newly formed Private Company.

I didn’t read anything in the APA that states it
will become a Publicly Traded Company.

Perhaps Sears Holdings Stock - SHLDQ - will not
be cancelled and will continue to publicly trade
as a subsidiary of Transform Holdco.
