BINGO and is now symbol "COOP" Mr COOPER mortgage and the reorg'd company about 8 months ago bought a NYSE company NSM and then XOOM and now is on path to buy 2 more companies before the end of the first quarter and has an 81% institutional holdings, WITH VERY LARGE PLAYERS involved

SO yes re'orgs do work out sometimes
