Debtor in Possession would not include the Commons unless the accepted Bid was greater then the combined debt which it was not. Now, they might throw the commons a bone, much like WAMUQ was thrown a bone of .03 shares of the old into the new. If so, that would be a 97% dilution to SHLDQ shareholders.
