He probably took the position as CEO because he's 80 years old and knows he won't go to prison for this. They only lock up violent offenders at that age. I think he saw an opportunity for one last scam knowing he won't go to prison and Tim probably gave him a big chunk of investors change for doing it. I'd like to see his personal financials myself.
