I played OTC since 92. Before cheap on line trading. I have seen a lot of scams come and go. This is worse based on two 1 for 1000 r/s. Which means they have issued trillions of shares and look at where price is. They never built any successful business. They have lied in every PR for 10 years. How this has not been shut down by Sec is nuts. Worse scam ever.
