What about all the fraud? The company is STILL responsible. I don't believe there will ever be true, correct, and complete, filings. They would incriminate the whole lot. "New Management" was nothing but a ploy to give false hope to help keep the pitchforks and torches at bay.
I hear from several victims of this scam that there is an ongoing SEC investigation. Cardinal Energy has of course decided not to inform the public because they are of course, guilty as hell.
