I am not convinced. Because insiders are holding some shares it doesn’t mean anything at this point. In many cases they hold majority to have a final decision with voting if needed. Just look RNVA. They hold and flipped R/S, well I lost count.
Soon going to be a year when he start talking about merger. ‘Till today not even LOI. So far this is a feeding shareholders with hopes. I will believe when I see it in this case! He has no money and he hasn’t made any.
