Very observant post! This isn't a flip stock it's a buy and hold unless you want to miss a major move. Don't think it's a penny stock down the road either. In the interview last night the ceo also confirmed that DKSC will have all the filings and acceptance for current in week or so. And they are usually very timely. They are working on closing the 193 acre northern calif land deal in process now. Lots coming and the sellers will come back at higher levels. When those not familiar with DKSC listening to that broadcast last night after the ceo mentioned the company stock symbol DKSC see the share price after all the future goals mentioned they probably think it's a dollar stock will be shocked at the price. And realize the risk/reward here is unthinkably in the favor of buying a big position. GL
