I had in mind that the Family Investors may be the primary group that is buying into the offering since that seemed to be the primary reason for the trip to talk to them months ago. It seemed to me that they would have in mind a specific price they were willing to pay. But, maybe that's not how it worked in this case.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
