You are making up the fact Sonny’s team is being paid by amedica, there is literally zero evidence to support this as a fact. You are using separate events to draw a conclusion. This is not a fact, this is your opinion.

The SEC laws are not opinions, they are facts. The fact is that it would require disclosure.
