Dear Shareholders, followers and consumers:

Our companies Inca Worldwide
(OTC:QEDN) and Green Mine Solution SAS
have been working since last year
on the following distribution deals:

1- We have submitted a bid and we are under NDA
with a USA company that is looking for Novel
protein products. The open bid should end
January 31, 2019. We already meet with
several employees of its subsidiary
in Bogota and in Medellin.
We also submitted samples for review
in October 2018.

2- We have submitted a bid and we are under NDA
with a second company that is interested in
the properties of the Omega 3,6,9 as a drink.
The bid closed on December 2018.
Should here back end of February 2019

3- We are under NDA with a third USA company
that has an office in Colombia.
We meet with them in December 2018 in Medellin.
They are reviewing the samples
and want to use Sacha Inchi to make a product
that they sell to the Colombia
government call bienestarina.

4- We are meeting with Nutresa
a Colombian company listed on
the GCHOY (OTC MKTS)

5- We have submitted samples to Grupo Exito.
It operates 2,606 stores in South America.

They want to enter the snack food area
and we are waiting to hear back.

6- We have submitted samples to Postobón, S.A.
is the largest Colombian beverage company,
and also one of the largest in South America. https://www.postobon.com/.
They want to use it for the HATSU brand.
We are waiting to hear back.

We expect to hear back very soon
from all this companies
