Salty, there is and has been no recent news to make it urgent to buy the stock. If it just stays in the current range it is a good thing. IMO, whoever is buying must know more than Joe Average knows, thus good to trend water here.

In the mornings of late the spread between the bid and ask spread has been
big , causing big dips. It often recovers, hope so today.
