No, it literally says they retained key employees of Bioamber to assist them. Period. That's it. The remainder of the conveniently ignored reports says they tried to sell the company, and nobody wanted it, not one single bid. So they moved to liquidation, and that's done.

There is no sale of the company and nothing is happening that will result in any recovery to shareholders. They will lose 100% of their investment.
