Profit-takers. If you bought in at $0.60 and the SP goes to $3 (5X SP) wouldn't you take a little $$$ off the table? Probably some "Flippers" making some $$$ too... This seems to be a pretty "solid" company and after the next 10-Q the SP will probably go back up...JMO
