Actually that has been a question for some time. They had an amendment on 12/18/2018 to raise AS to 15 billion, but TA verified the 6 billion AS, as well as the OS @ OTCmarkets on 1/11/2019, Friday that just passed

Screwy for sure...

Appears amendments to lower or raise have no real bearing, 6 billion has been verified by TA all year long

Management due to speak soon, clarify some stuff
