Vet- I have a feeling Wavetech is interested here because they want to do something with large computer networks where ICLD has industry contacts and is familiar with their equipment and needs. We will get updates soon enough! I also feel both companies will be creating excitement and PR prior to the merger as well, pushing up SP from here? Why? Once the new merged company wants to do their IPO or whatever, there better be excitement about the merger starting now, or the SP of the new company will be a dud! Why would they want that?


Not sure of any numbers yet. I did see debt from my other stock holding that used BV advisors reduce their 1.5 million debt to just 500,000, so they cut out 1 million easy! The company that I am referring to btw is up 48 percent today. JMO
