Well, no contract news for months, no news of "debt restructuring" that Munro and Judy were talking about, half a Billion shares to dump before an emminent RS, details of supposedly merger not known, the company burning cash that they don't have to pay the bills every month and every day, 2 past RSs that ruined investors but Munro still gets his hefty paycheck, SP at .0005 and declining are all reasons to beleive that this is a sinking ship. Imagine a company trading at .11 before two huge RSs now trading at .0005.
