Anyone Familiar With The DTC Knows It’s Almost Impossible To Get A Company Unlocked. Someone Would Have Had To Straighten Out The Problem With The Past Unregistered Shares At Considerable Cost And Effort. The CEO Would Have Most Certainly Been Involved, Despite Some Supposition Here To The Contrary.
