So I was on the last earnings call and have also read this. The thing that really stood out to me is the statement I copied in here:

"The Company announced that the Board of Directors initiated a process to evaluate a full range of strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value and has retained Credit Suisse to assist in this effort;"

That resonated with me as the beginning of a major departure from the past. I believe there is a major shift coming.
