Not so right good. The devil is in the details. The 39 MIL o\s is post split per the filings. They made all share numbers in the Q & 8K post split ASSuming the split occurred August 2018. They even state that in the filings. Don't know how they can do that. Don't know how the Auditor could have signed off on the Q filed 12.20.18. FINRA didn't approve it back then & it hasn't appeared on the DAILY LIST. If it didn't appear on the DAILY LIST, it didn't happen. So I don't get how they did what they did....other than blaming it on being amateurs. That doesn't excuse the lawyers or beancounters. Furthermore, there has been no PRE 14 nor DEF 14 filed for the split...still.

And so we wait for them to get their shit together...
