Oh man have we been scammed?, everything Jay told me was false according to the most recent quarterly statements. Florida we don’t even have a piece of Track Killers. I feel we have been totally scammed . Let me post from our quarterly , it speaks for itself.


Grand Capital Ventures, Inc. specializes in working with under performing companies and bringing together the resources needed for them to attain financial stability and growth. Our focus is on companies showing a positive upside while striving to bring new technologies and unique products to market. The Company has acquired Corporate Excellence Consulting Inc. We recently decided to enter the Television and Motion Picture industries. Toward that end we a have been in negotiations to acquire MOXIE MOTION PICTURES INC.. (MOXIE) Moxie is currently in development of several world wide release projects. MOXIE focus on "A" list actors and actresses to star in our projects. In Q1 of 2018 we attempted to acquire three more private companies: Empire Media Entertainment Group, Galactic Technology and Track Killers Inc. The negotiations regarding the acquisition of Moxie and or these companies has been protracted and ultimately have never come to fruition.
