You think he has 120 million in a single account? Each account is only insured for 200k! Multiple wires from multiple accounts or multiple wires to a single account and 1 wire out, it takes time! You can bet there are legal aspects and attorneys review before that all happend and 120 million is sent out! Its not as simple as a simple bank walkin and wire!
