“Treehouse is a collaboration between MedMen and Stable Road Capital”. That seems to mean that this is a strategic business maneuver. Treehouse is a MedMen and Stable Road Capital joint venture. So in actuality Medmen is selling the property to itself. This implies the sale is an advantage to Medmen. Can anyone better explain this?
