I think the RS was completely misinterpreted on this board. It had nothing to do with maxing out the outstanding shares. They are doing it for the merger, and will try to have a possible nasdaq listing if possible.

The company handling the merger BV, has excellent contacts with plenty of cash. Mo, only you can decide what is best for you!

In my opinion, any positive pr, and it makes no sense for it not to happen will move the sp upward from here.

By doing the initial PR during the holidays, I think they were sending a message with the SP at these low levels. JMO

I have my shares if we move higher!
