Excuses aren't really being made. This security is traded on the OTC whereby most stockholders are traitors and/or with short term minds; ie., in and out. As soon as there's a lapse of news there's a negative feeling of emotion that something is wrong. I say this company is expanding with the support of products, partnerships and distribution. It's a long term investment and 2019 will be a great year with strategic growth to more States and much improved financials. DD and comparison with other companies will show SIPC to be a FINE INVESTMENT.
