I disagree - Nothing in the trading would support that. The news and filings were in June. The stock continued to trade presplit until Dec 21st. It should of been post split under new cusip on the 21st.

Is there any evidence that anyone bought or sold it from June to Dec 21st under new cusip.

Again, I do not know why it split on the 21st without a D added


The split happened in June.
