Didn’t the RS info say it was reducing the the amount of authorized shares by the same amount as the issued and outstanding? Wouldn’t that just increase the PPS based on the RS ratio and also prevent dilution? Have never been trough a RS just always hear negativity. Could this be used to boost PPS for up-listing purposes?
