Could be they announced it to grab as many shares as possible in a week.. and then their Wealth and Asset Acquisitions get announced and they say they have great Financial support now.... retire the shares they purchased and cancel RS... Welcome to the OTC world....

HUGE BLOCKS were purchased on Friday... Share Repatriation efforts? followed by RS cancelation...
