I think the forward split is just a pipe dream. He is wiping out current share holders, he will raise authorized after split and then sell shares to grow the company. He could have done a hundred to 1 split and I dont think anyone would have bitched too hard, 9000 to 1 is just a big ol' f$#k you. I mean really, how many people own less than 9000 shares? Probably not many. The thing bothering Me is why lower authorized when 222,222 is not enough shares. He has to raise it back up, but to what? 200 million, 500 million, who knows.
