If you thought real hard about the creditors, they win more cash with out BK . in the 8k it stated they would be making shares available along with cash to settle .Those settlement shares are inside of the current share structure .
If you recall they were also going after all of toby,s share block . that was 30 million shares .
Sit and wait time .
