I think the use of the term "acquisition" in this case.....instead of reverse merger....may be confusing some here. The acquiring that will happen will be by the private entity (grow operation conglomerate) desiring to go public. They reach an agreement to acquire the empty PAOG shell and then move their business, assets and management in. Some seem to think PAOG is doing the acquiring.....not the case.
