What is the realistic outcome for this company? It seems that they cannot get anything accomplished to generate income And how do they expect to get contracts with no money available to build OTEC plants. The Technology is sound but I am afraid we are losing our advantage as time goes by and other companies are stepping up with resources to build. Also is the otec website not a little dishonest to potential investors in that none of the mentioned projects are really in the works but have been advertised for years? What is the percentage that this company will actually make it?
