Seriously, I’d get facts straight..... keg of wine goes much quicker.

A wine keg is generally 5 gallons or 24 bottles of wine. Seriously that can go quickly. I’m sure a successful restaurant goes through much more than that in a couple days otherwise I’d question how good that restaurant was....
