There is a good chance they took the company private with thier latest technology. They can always convert back to a public company. I still believe the reason why we are trading is because the judge agreed we should not be treated any different from the other entities holding our stock that received judgments and like us are waiting.. For what? I don't know! But our agreement with Enersys has not been resolved and this is the reason I think. As Aplus1 has said I think he is probably right as far as up to two more years we might have to wait. Enersys might only enter this market as a after market supplier.
