We don't know about their profitability atout. I'm just sticking to basic value thoughts here.
They could be low growth with a single digit pe, or high growth with a 20/30 pe.
Quite frankly, I don't know if we should expect them to even be profitable, you know?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
