They buy it and sell it as well, if you look closely, Nite has bought and sold more this year, 386,332,356. HDSN has done more then Nite for the last 3 months only and started increasing about the same time as the buyback was announced, 5 months ago. They are not just sells into the market as you would seem to try and have all of us believe.
