The reason I do not believe this is dilution is because in a normal situation where dilution will happen the company is going to have a broker that will sell their shares for the most amount of money and sell them off as quickly as possible. What advantage is it for a company to dilute while the PPS is going down? Most dilution will happen in big chunks during a big run up. Even if they were not able to sell off all at one time or over a matter of a few days we would be seeing alot more freak like run ups for them to sell off the rest of those shares.

I would like to know from anyone who thinks this is a joke why a company and their directors are going to only sell off a million or two shares a day over a period of months while the PPS drops if they are trying to be selfish? There best bet is to sell them off in the run ups and make many times more the amount they would if they are selling off slowly while the PPS slowly goes down.

If a few people want to be selfish and greedy they sure are being deliberate and slow.
